🔧 Phase 1: Underground Rough-In (Slab Plumbing)

This happens before the concrete slab is poured. We install drain lines, sewer connections, and water supply lines beneath where the foundation will be. After framing is complete, we run water supply lines and drain/vent pipes through the walls and up to the roof. Can you work from blueprints or do you need to visit the site first?

We can provide preliminary bids from blueprints alone. For final pricing and scheduling, we typically visit the site to assess conditions, verify measurements, and identify any site-specific factors that might affect the work. For builders we work with regularly, we often bid directly from plans.
